of the Yellow Pages Superhighway

| SAUSALITO,
Calif. - March 30, 2005 - Yellow Pages Superhighway, CEO and
Founder, Esme Taylor announced today that Christine Maxwell
was unanimously voted chairman of YPS's board of directors on
March 29, 2005, after a special meeting of the majority shareholders.
Esme Taylor, will continue in her role as President and Chief
Executive Officer. No changes were made to other executive officers;
Bonnie Engel, Vice President of Corporate Communications, and
Kathy Murrin, Vice President of Operations. The shareholders
also agreed to expand the board to allow an additional board
member, Eric Thallmayer, to serve on the board of directors.
The new board appointments are effective immediately. |

is an early pioneer in the Yellow Pages online space. She
was the co-founder and creative visionary behind the highly
successful MAGELLAN online directory and search engine that
was on the home page of Netscape in the early 90's until it
was acquired by EXCITE in September 1996. She also created
one of the first hard copy Internet yellow pages published
by Macmillan in 1994 and 1995.
She is

the Task Force committees' work. In 1982, she was appointed
to the Board of Supervisors' Telecommunications Policy Committee
and served as president of the committee in 1984 and 1985.The
